Is it too early to plan the cookies menu for Christmas and CNY? Still more than 6 months to Christmas and about 8/9 months to CNY. However, I need to test-drive some cookie recipes doing away with all-purpose "white" flour. I wanted to make something healthier with whole wheat flour, if not I'll have to stick to organic unbleached flour.
Recipes to test-drive:
- Pineapple tarts
- Ginger cookies
- Peanut butter cookies
I've experiencing some difficulty laying my hands on organic butter in Singapore. And those that I've got is soooooo darn expensive. Anyone has any tip as to where I can find some reasonably/affordable organic butter?
